The Canterbury is a table one might expect to see in the court of Louis XV. Design elements are true to the royal decree for heavy carving, scrollwork and curvature. It features both English and French shell adornments, Victorian legs, gloriously handcrafted arches, and scalloped edging that wraps the table in richly carved detail. Inlaid mother-of-pearl diamond shaped sites, mark a refined sense of the classical age of craftsmanship.
